Please refer to the attached quote to carry out repairs, this quote is just based off what we know and not what could be this would be determined after we strip the unit crack test the tie rods measure bushers check out the state of the wear plates etc, all we know is there is a reason there was oil all the way up there and it isnt a good thing.

When trying to Regas the unit, we were unable due to the unit having a split diaphragm in the accumulator, it is also worth noting oil was coming out when attempting, oil should not be there which leads us to believe the unit needs to be stripped, inspected and at least have the diaphragm and seal kit put through it, we also added the hose swivel parts to change out as we will have the unit apart at this time.

Alternatively we could just strip inspect and report the issues to you advise what is wrong labour on this would be roughly half the amount.
